Victoria is an Senior Associate in our Planning & Environment Team. She drafts, negotiates and advises on planning agreements to procure planning permissions for commercial and residential developments, advises on the planning status and history of land to be acquired or developed and on strategy for the development of land.

Victoria works with a broad variety of land owners and developers including housebuilders and student accommodation providers.

A good day is speaking to clients and advising them on the benefits and pitfalls of particular strategies, or  drafting bespoke provisions into agreements to make the wording work for the particular client.

Victoria describes herself as engaging and communicative and when it comes to client work, she manages expectations with regular progress updates and always ensures her clients are never left in the dark.  This personable and human approach is supportive of her goal to always get the best outcome for her clients, although Victoria is both determined and persistent when she needs to be.

Victoria is part of the Walker Morris mentoring scheme. She is also a qualified physiotherapist and used to teach clinical Pilates.
