Pawan is Senior Associate in our Real Estate Litigation Team.

Pawan specialises in long residential leasehold issues, together with associated litigation in the residential property tribunal and upper tribunal.  Pawan is experienced in advising on residential service charges, administration charges, variation of long residential leases, section 20 consultation and dispensation, breach of covenant and forfeiture, enfranchisement and proceedings in the residential property tribunal.  Pawan’s experience has been gained from working as a property litigator in London, both in private practice and also in-house, at a leading property management business.

Pawan also advises on issues relating to the Building Safety Act, and has been involved in major litigation relating to that legislation. He also regularly writes articles and provides webinars relating to block management and Building Safety Act related issues.

Delving into some of the technical aspects of residential leasehold law and providing practical advice to his clients is the most rewarding part of Pawan’s role, and he takes a very client centric approach to his work.

Pawan has strong specialist knowledge of his area of practice and with in-house experience in a property management business, he understands the businesses which are run by his property management clients.
