Meet Hannah's team

A client-friendly approach

Hannah spent much of her training contract in our Employment Team. Now as an Associate in the Team, Hannah provides advice to HR professionals in relation to various topics including industrial action, redundancies, TUPE, discrimination, sickness absence, holidays, working time, policies and procedures and tribunal claims.  She also works on corporate-support work with our Corporate Team and northshoring clients.

Her clients tend to be large to medium sized employers, with many in the manufacturing or food sector. She works with HR Heads and business partners.

Hannah finds it rewarding to be able to respond to complex queries in a straightforward, client-friendly manner and she enjoys guiding employers to do the right thing by their employees alongside balancing their needs as a business.

Describing her approach to client work as “well thought through” and “diligent”, Hannah always tries to think “outside the box”.

Hannah has taken part in the Walker Morris mentoring scheme and continues to be involved in the firm’s graduate recruitment initiatives, including acting as a supervisor to our vacation scheme candidates.
