Jessica is an Associate in our Planning & Environment team, who trained at Walker Morris and qualified in September 2025. She has prior experience as a paralegal in our Construction team, and brings a strong foundation in both contentious and non-contentious planning and infrastructure matters.
Jessica acts for a variety of clients including regional and national housebuilders, commercial developers, and promotors of student accommodation schemes and large-scale infrastructure projects. She advises on a range of issues, including planning obligations, policy and statutory reform and planning appeals, and has experience in completing Section 106 and highways agreements.
Jessica values the variety of her work and the opportunity to collaborate closely with clients to achieve their objectives and deliver successful outcomes.
