Meet Ashley's team
A Responsive, straight talking and commercially strong lawyer
Ashley is a Director in our Banking & Finance Team, known for contentious and non-contentious insolvency work, including trading administrations and investigatory work. She increasingly works on insolvencies in the financial services and regulated sectors, particularly FCA regulated businesses. Ashley’s clients are typically insolvency practitioners, as well as lenders and directors.
Asked what she finds most rewarding about her work, Ashley says, “helping to save businesses and jobs. I also really enjoy doing investigatory and contentious work”
Ashley describes her approach to client work as responsive, straight talking, and interested. She is commercially and technically strong and works well in high pressure and time-critical situations. “I find law and particularly insolvency law, very interesting. It’s an area that fits my personality and skillset very well – I genuinely enjoy my job”.
