Lee is a Partner in our Planning team with over 20 years of specialist experience in planning and infrastructure consents. He has a strong track record advising on nationally significant infrastructure & energy projects, new settlements/ garden communities, and regeneration projects.

He has notable DCO and compulsory purchase order experience, which includes successfully leading teams advising on the promotion of orders for various major schemes.

Lee regularly advises in relation to strategic residential and new town developments, including complex planning agreements for multi-phase sites. He has notable knowledge of the complex area of environmental impact assessment law, local government powers and an enviable track record and experience in relation to judicial review challenges in a planning context.

Lee helps clients to confidently navigate complex planning processes whilst anticipating challenges and identifying solutions, making him a trusted adviser on some of the UK’s most ambitious development projects.
