David MacLellan is an Associate in our Construction & Engineering team. He’s best known for working on contentious matters, mostly for contractors.
David worked in the oil and gas industry in North America, and for an international construction consultancy operating in-house with large blue-chip contractors before joining Walker Morris.
He has experience with NEC, FIDIC, JCT and bespoke contracts, and prefers to adopt a commercial approach for the matters he works on with a view of the bigger picture and optimising results for the clients he represents.
