Nicola is a dual qualified solicitor and Chartered Tax Advisor. She has worked in both law firms and accountancy practices, and her work typically focuses on tax and tax advice, share incentives, share schemes, and the tax aspects of M&A work.
Nicola likes to “get the job done properly” with the least amount of fuss and says that finding simple, workable solutions to particularly thorny problems is the most rewarding part of what she does.
Delivering solutions that clients understand
Describing her approach to work as “practical and commercial” Nicola is always striving to deliver solutions and advice in a way that clients can understand. “I’m definitely more of a technical lawyer, but it’s important to be adaptable, so I make a plan, take things one step at a time and make sure I collaborate with the wealth of experience around me”.
