Lucy is an Associate in our Tax team, advising a wide range of UK and international corporate clients on the tax aspects of transactions, restructurings, and cross-border projects. She has expertise in employee and share incentives, working closely with both UK and US businesses, including on North‑shoring work, to deliver clear, commercially focused tax guidance.
She also has experience in designing and implementing employee share schemes and advising on the tax implications of employment arrangements. Lucy frequently supports clients with complex employment-related tax queries and collaborates with colleagues across practice areas to provide integrated, pragmatic advice that helps organisations stay compliant and effectively incentivise their people.
