Lauren Hall is an associate in our finance team with over three years of post-qualification experience in the banking team. She advises on a broad spectrum of banking transactions, encompassing both borrower and lender mandates, and collaborates closely with banking partners across their diverse practice areas.
Her experience spans acquisition and leveraged finance, wholesale finance, real estate and development finance, private equity transactions, asset-based lending, and general corporate finance. Lauren enjoys this varied practice which have a local, national and international international footprint. Lauren has particular experience managing multi-jurisdictional financings.

- £80 million asset-based lending facility for ASCO’s acquisition by Endless LLP
- Supporting Kingswood Homes in delivering 700-home scheme – Walker Morris
- Reward Funding on £360 million refinance with Quilam Capital, Deutsche Bank, RMB and Foresight
- Endless LLP on its acquisition of Ecobat Battery division from Ecobat Group and refinancing
