Hamza is an Associate in our Competition team, working on both domestic and multi-jurisdictional matters. His practice increasingly focuses on the retail, consumer goods, housing, food, and sports sectors. He advises on a broad range of non-contentious, investigatory, and litigious issues.
Drawing on his experience with high-profile cases for well-known clients, including several Premier League football clubs and popular fast-food chains, Hamza supports clients across all aspects of competition law and foreign direct investment rules.
He has developed significant expertise in matters relating to the National Security and Investment Act (NSIA), including preparing both mandatory and voluntary filings. Hamza also assists clients with internal audits to ensure compliance with competition law and produces practical guidance documents to help businesses meet their regulatory obligations.
