Senior Associate

Georgia is a Senior Associate in the Employment team and works closely with corporate clients on all aspects of the employment relationship, including day-to-day queries, supporting with grievance and disciplinary matters, managing sickness absence and advising on dismissals. She has extensive experience supporting businesses through large‑scale restructures, including collective consultation obligations arising from redundancies and TUPE transfers. She also advises unionised employers on recognition issues, industrial action and collective bargaining.
Known for her proactive and commercial approach, Georgia delivers clear and digestible advice and is committed to helping clients achieve their wider business goals. This is reflected in her work managing complex employee relations matters and overseeing sensitive senior‑level exits. She also supports the corporate team on both buy‑side and sell‑side transactions, across share and asset deals. Georgia’s work with the corporate team is described and responsive and commercial.
Georgia predominantly acts for corporate clients in defending complex Employment Tribunal claims, from initial instruction through to final hearing. She has experience in cases involving unlawful discrimination, whistleblowing detriments and victimisation linked to philosophical belief. Georgia guides clients through each stage of tribunal proceedings with clarity and confidence.
