She has extensive experience supporting businesses through large‑scale restructures, including collective consultation obligations arising from redundancies and TUPE transfers. She also advises unionised employers on recognition issues, industrial action and collective bargaining.

This is reflected in her work managing complex employee relations matters and overseeing sensitive senior‑level exits. Georgia predominantly acts for corporate clients in defending complex Employment Tribunal claims, from initial instruction through to final hearing. She has experience in cases involving unlawful discrimination, whistleblowing detriments and victimisation linked to philosophical belief. Georgia guides clients through each stage of tribunal proceedings with clarity and confidence.
