Experience

Caddick Developments: Acting for the Caddick Developments project team for multiple logistic developments including in relation to the design and construction of a 544,000 sq ft warehouse in South Ribble (currently supporting with Phase 2). This is one of the largest warehouses ever built in the NorthWest and work across the phases is expected to create 1,000 new jobs for the Leyland area with Alex engaged across two phases.

Kingswood Homes: advising Kingswood Homes in relation to multiple phase development (7 phases total) for the design, construction and completion of 700 residential houses and supporting infrastructure at the site known as Green Hills, Blackburn for a combined development value of £86m (with the current phase supported totalling £25m).

Unite: Principal advisor advising on several new build developments in England including Meridian Steps (a £200 million 952 bed property scheme), Stratford (a £160 million development comprising 1000 bedrooms), Freestone Bristol (a £70m development 500 bed scheme) and Kennington Lane, London (a £80million, 511 bed property in Lambeth) and Mercury Point (a £50 million, 600 bed full redevelopment scheme).

Kier Property: acting for Kier Property in relation to the bespoke Development Management Agreement and subsequent planning and construction works for the regeneration project of Leatherhead Town Centre as part of a joint venture arrangement with Mole Valley District Council. The project is for the redevelopment of 2 strategic sites covering a combined 10.15 acres/4.1 hectare with an estimated final GDV value of £350m with support across development management agreement, the planning phase and the design and construction phase

Homes England: advising Homes England in relation to a bespoke Development Management agreement to engage a specialist residential developer to oversee management and subsequent support associated with infrastructure works, on behalf of Homes England of the site known as Burtree Garden Village for the creation of 2,000 new homes as part of a JV arrangement where Homes England are investing £43 million

Starwood: acting for Starwood Group in relation to its refurbishment across all of its newly acquired portfolio of Edwardian hotels comprising 10 hotels with 2,053 rooms.

Paragon Property: engaged to provide advice for Paragon Property in relation to multiple build to rent and co-living developments including: a development for a £55m build to rent scheme in Meadow Street, Sheffield which will deliver 158 apartments alongside a range of amenities
