Evelyn Lewzey is an Associate in our Corporate Team. Evelyn’s work includes M&A, private equity transactions, company re-organisations and other general corporate matters.  Her clients include a range of private and public companies across a variety of sectors and PE houses, both UK and international.

Evelyn is motivated by helping clients to achieve their goals and grow their businesses. She focusses on providing a high quality of client service and delivering the best result for her clients.

Describing her approach to client work as “thorough and diligent but pragmatic”, Evelyn always seeks to understand her client’s business and key objectives to ensure her advice is tailored to their individual needs.

Evelyn enjoys the collaborative nature of working at Walker Morris, and notes that this is particularly valuable when co-ordinating M&A transactions which require specialist advice from multiple teams.
