Joshua is a Senior Associate in our Banking & Finance Team. He has a depth of experience working on a wide range of matters including real estate development financing, debt refinancing, debt/security due diligence for corporate acquisitions and invoice financing.
Joshua enjoys working with other teams across Walker Morris and managing his own transactions, seeing a transaction all the way through from start to finish.
When it comes to client work, Joshua focusses on communication to have a clear understanding of his client’s goals. He maintains a positive outlook and works collaboratively.
Joshua is very detail orientated and this, combined with honesty and a pragmatic approach, means his clients always know exactly where they stand and can achieve their goals on target.
