Rachel is an experienced corporate lawyer, well known for her in depth knowledge of corporate finance transactional work. Now a Senior Knowledge Lawyer, Rachel supports the Corporate and Finance Teams.
Rachel began her working life as a research scientist and spent several years in academia before retraining as a lawyer. She says, “this role allows me to concentrate on helping more junior lawyers learn their trade and become better lawyers. The training and mentoring aspect of my job has almost taken me full circle to when I worked in universities”.
Rachel is motivated by providing answers to difficult questions and she describes her working style as efficient, pragmatic and resourceful.
