Rhianna Eden is a Senior Associate in our Banking & Finance team, bringing over seven years of experience and a strong focus on transactional banking.
She has particular expertise in debt finance transactions, including acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate finance, asset-based lending, and general corporate finance. Rhianna has extensive experience supporting both lender and borrower clients on large scale acquisitions, private equity investments and complex property developments and portfolios. Her broad practice spans a national and international footprint, whilst retaining a strong presence in the Yorkshire market.
Her strengths lie in efficient project management and her ability to tailor advice to meet each client’s unique needs -ensuring practical, commercially focused outcomes.
Advised Lloyds Bank Plc and a club of lenders on an increased £175m revolving credit facility for Johnson Service Group PLC.
Advising a European real estate investment business on its £36m acquisition facility to support the purchase and development of assets across England, Wales and Scotland.
Supported Renew Holdings Plc in relation to the refinance and increase of its £140m facilities from HSBC, NatWest and Barclays to support its growth strategy.
Supporting private equity fund Enact with the debt aspects of its investment into chemicals business, GEO Specialty Chemicals UK.
Acting on the £18.5m asset-based financing provided by Aurelius Finance Company to Trutex Limited.
Advising an international debt fund on a £10m investment into one of the world’s largest offshore wind farms.
