In their words
"Complex development proposals require tactical decision making and thorough testing of the evidence in support of a proposal from the beginning. My advocacy experience and expertise allows this to be undertaken at the application stage, to secure the grant of permission. Such preparation also positions a project well, in the event an appeal has to be pursued. In that eventuality the detailed preparation of the documents as well as the advocacy is key to success and defines the service Walker Morris offers."
