Richard is a Partner in our Planning & Environment team, bringing over 35 years of experience advising on complex and often contentious planning and environmental matters. Richard specialises in guiding clients through the intricacies of planning applications, appeals, Local Plan examinations, High Court challenges and compulsory purchase matters.

Richard works closely with major housebuilders, developers in the industrial, logistics and residential fields, and infrastructure providers, offering his clients tactical advice on large-scale residential, commercial and industrial developments.
