Catherine is a Director in our Construction & Engineering team. She specialises in non-contentious construction law, helping clients navigate the complexities of major projects across the UK.
She focuses on drafting and negotiating all types of construction documents, from building contracts and consultant appointments to collateral warranties, performance bonds and guarantees.
Catherine works closely with national and regional developers, contractors, and international retailers and manufacturers, ensuring their projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Her experience spans large-scale developments involving multiple stakeholders, with particular expertise in sectors such as student accommodation, residential housing, logistics and advanced manufacturing.
