Sarah Cameron is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate team. She advises on all aspects of commercial property transactions across a variety of sectors. Sarah delivers commercial as well as legal advice tailored to their needs and is known for putting clients at the heart of a matter.

Sarah’s work focuses on acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, commercial development, landlord and tenant. Her experience includes working with a wide range of clients, including private individuals, OMB’s, SME’s and funders who typically come from retail, leisure, pharmacies and manufacturing companies.

The most rewarding aspect Sarah finds in her role, is being able to unlock challenges and achieve the clients aims with the best possible results. She loves adding value by being a sounding board and going the extra mile to surpass clients needs.

Sarah approaches her work by asking curious questions and building genuine connections with client contacts. She always thinks on her feet and adapts to the particular demands of a deal or transaction. Sarah brings practical solutions when faced with complex or difficult situations.

When faced with a challenge, Sarah never loses sigh of the bigger picture of a transaction or a clients aim. She remains collaborative, committed and has an enthusiastic approach.

Sarah relates to life at Walker Morris by always striving to be positive and making it happen. Prior to her career in law, Sarah was a gymnast on the British team throughout high school and college, competing internationally.
