Della is an Associate in our Competition and Foreign Investment team. She advises on a wide range of UK and international competition law and regulatory matters, delivering clear, pragmatic advice to clients operating in complex and often highly regulated environments.
Her practice increasingly involves work connected to the defence and security sector, where competition, regulation and national security considerations often intersect. Della advises on issues arising under the UK’s National Security and Investment Act, as well as foreign investment screening and regulatory frameworks in other jurisdictions, alongside broader competition and regulatory requirements. She supports clients across a range of strategically important industries.
Della takes a particular interest in how legal and policy frameworks shape the defence ecosystem, including the interaction between government, industry and investment, and the regulatory issues that accompany sectors critical to the UK’s resilience and security.
Alongside her legal practice, Della serves as an Army Reservist. The perspective and training this brings inform her approach to advising on matters involving risk, governance and decision‑making in sensitive commercial and strategic contexts.
