Joel works closely with private equity houses, large corporates, and management teams throughout the investment lifecycle, providing support on due diligence, deal execution and investment structuring.
on its proposed sale to Associated British Foods plc, supporting the transaction through due diligence, managing the disclosure process, liaising with key stakeholders, and assisting with the negotiation of the principal transaction documents.
on its acquisitions of HSS “The Hire Service Company”, a carve-out from HSS hire Group plc and GEO Specialty Chemicals UK Ltd, a manufacturer of specialty chemicals, assisting with due diligence, transaction documentation, and deal execution.
on its acquisition of Edwards Diving Services, supporting the buyer on all aspects of the transaction, including due diligence and completion mechanics.
