Nick is an Associate in our Corporate team. He trained at DLA Piper before joining Walker Morris in September 2025.
His work includes advising domestic and international clients on traditional M&A, leading specialist due diligence exercises, and supporting clients on a broad range of general corporate matters.
Nick places strong emphasis on developing genuine, long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues, seeing this as the foundation for achieving successful outcomes.
Experience:
- Advising Lifco Dental, part of the Swedish-headquartered Lifco Group, on its acquisition of UK-based DB Ortho.
