Lorna is a Senior Associate in our Employment Department. She has considerable experience of dealing with a range of employment law issues, including senior executive hires and exits, TUPE, restrictive covenants and discrimination and has dealt with claims in the Employment Tribunal, the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the Court of Appeal.

A lengthy in-house client secondment has given Lorna a thorough understanding of the commercial drivers behind the employment law challenges clients face. Lorna also has particular expertise in handling the employment aspects of both acquisition and investment transactions.
