Liam is an Associate in our Employment & Immigration Team. A great deal of his work involves supporting M&A transactions.
Liam enjoys the challenges which arise from transactional work – which often need resolving within short timescales.
Systematic and thorough in his approach to client work, he likes to really get to grips with the aims of his clients, while seeing the bigger picture during transactions helps to ensure his advice is commercially orientated.
Liam works collaboratively, because, he says, “I believe you reach the right conclusion quicker, while also gaining a clearer understanding of the task at hand”.
