Lewis Couth

Lewis is a Senior Associate in Walker Morris’ Real Estate Litigation Team and has expertise across a range of property litigation matters. Predominantly, Lewis advises national retailers, commercial investors and commercial/residential developers in relation to issues across their property portfolios including contested lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidations claims and forfeiture proceedings. Lewis has been regularly invited by RICS to speak at seminars on such issues.

Lewis has also developed a practice in the renewal and termination of telecom agreements under the Electronic Communications Code and works closely with the firm’s Technology Group.

Lewis has been recognised by Chambers & Partners as taking a “focused approach”.
