Victoria is a Director in our Finance Commercial Team and trained here at Walker Morris.  Victoria specialises in banking, restructuring and insolvency.

Her work covers all aspects of banking, restructuring and insolvency matters – including formal insolvencies. Recently Victoria’s focus has been on more main stream banking work, including real estate investment and development funding.

“I relish the challenges involved in complex restructuring scenarios and believe in working with my clients as part of a seamless team”.

Victoria makes sure she fully understands her client’s business so she can deliver tailored, commercial and practical advice that will help them meet their objectives.

Asked to describe her approach to client work, Victoria says, “I deliver high quality client service, and in doing so, I seek to become a trusted advisor to my clients.  I like to think of myself as an extension of their own team”.

Organised and efficient, Victoria is always focused on service delivery. “Being part of a well-established team here at Walker Morris with the ability to utilise resource from colleagues across a variety of practices areas, allows me to deliver relevant advice in a timely, succinct way that clients really appreciate.”

She strives to lead by example within her team and the wider business, keeping the firm’s core values in mind.

Victoria is involved with recruiting and is a member of the firmwide mentoring programme.
