Hollie is an Associate in our Employment team. She advises on various aspects of employment law, including everyday HR matters such as absence management, grievance, disciplinaries, policies and procedure, drafting settlement agreements, employment contracts and, other matters such as redundancies. Hollie also works on litigious matters and provides corporate support on a variety of national and international transactions.
Hollie works with a variety of clients including football clubs and manufacturers within the food and drink sector.
The most rewarding aspect of Hollie’s role is finding practical and creative solutions for clients that work for them and their business.
Through Hollie’s previous experience working as a HR professional in the engineering and manufacturing sector (ranging from small to large scale enterprises), Hollie has an in-depth understanding of the practical challenges which clients face on a day-to-day basis. Technical knowledge is one thing but, having the ability to apply this knowledge commercially is key and, because of Hollie’s practical experience working in the HR field, she’s able to deliver commercially pragmatic advice to clients.
Hollie gained her undergraduate degree in Business with Human Resource Management which later resulted in Hollie working within the manufacturing and engineering sector as a HR professional for four years. She then re-trained and qualified as an Associate within the Employment team at Walker Morris.
Hollie is involved in the Walker Morris mentoring scheme, assisting students aspiring to work in the legal industry.
