Acting for a client in a large accounting warranty claim, concerning locked box accounts, in a warranty and indemnity insurance backed deal, arising from a £400m acquisition.

Acting in a £10m warranty claim arising out of a private equity transaction relating to breaches of accounting warranties due to material misstatements in management accounts and undisclosed material adverse changes in contract terms with a key customer.

Representing clients in competition damages claims, including claims arising out of the truck cartel and the envelopes cartel.

Successfully defending a Fortune 500 company in defending a substantial damages claim brought by a former tier 1 component supplier claiming wrongful termination of a long term supply relationship.

Acting for a multi-national client against a number of senior executives who had secretly been building up a new competitive company whilst still employed by the client, including obtaining urgent injunctions.
