Oliver is part of Walker Morris’ innovation committee which explores ways in which law firms can evolve their businesses to become more efficient, increase diversity and think differently. “Innovation is an integral part of shaping the future working environment of a law firm. But ultimately, law firms are made up of people – their ideas and their client relationships. I believe people thrive when they are treated as individuals and allowed to work together to reach common goals, while at the same time being allowed independence to contribute to a business in their own way”.
