Oliver is a Partner in our Corporate group, specialising in cross-border M&A and private equity. He advises international corporates, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on complex domestic and international M&A and strategic matters, frequently coordinating multi-jurisdictional teams across Europe, North America and beyond. His work often involves navigating diverse market practices, regulatory frameworks, and tax regimes.
As a member of the Walker Morris International Committee, Oliver is responsible for the firm’s relationships with leading independent law firms around the world. This gives clients seamless access to trusted local counsel across key jurisdictions whilst benefiting from a single, coordinated point of contact. He is active in both the International Bar Association and the Association for Corporate Growth and has been nominated by clients as a Thomson Reuters Stand-out Lawyer 2024, 2025 and 2026.
