Laura is a Partner in our Banking & Finance Group, bringing over 14 years of experience in transactional finance. She specialises in advising corporate borrowers on a wide range of debt finance matters, including acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate investment and development funding, refinancing, and general corporate borrowing.

Laura’s expertise spans complex transactions in sectors such as real estate, infrastructure and private equity. Her responsiveness, technical precision, and ability to manage high-value deals under tight deadlines is valued by clients including Renew Holdings PLC, Reward Funding, and Endless LLP.

Renew Holdings PLC: Advised in relation to the refinance and increase of its £140m facilities from HSBC, NatWest and Barclays to support its growth strategy.

Acted for a national joint venture developer on the acquisition of four large sites for the development of housing funded by Heritable Development Finance.

Acted for a national property investor, manager and developer on a range of projects, including joint venture structures with pension schemes and Singapore-based investors, followed by the refinancing of its facilities.

Evans Property Group: Advising on amendments to its £230m facilities with NatWest and Barclays to support their broad commercial, industrial, logistics, leisure and residential portfolio.
