In their words

"The key to what makes an excellent competition lawyer is one that is prepared and able to make that difficult judgement call on a complex area of law which affects the commercial strategy of the client. It is a very strategic role – competition goes to the heart of what an organisation does and how it does it, impacting the perceptions of customers and investors as well as other market operators. Knowledge of the rules is taken as given – it is the experience and judgement of the competition advisor on which the client will rely."
