Meet Sarah's team
Sarah is a Senior Consultant in our Regulatory & Compliance team. She has over 15 years of in-house commercial, consumer credit and asset finance experience. Sarah brings a diverse and commercially-focused skill set to her new role in private practice. She prides herself on providing practical, commercial and risk-focused legal advice and has worked on a broad range of regulated and non-regulated finance products.
Sarah has provided advice and support in respect of a variety of interactions with the FCA, FOS and the ICO.
She also has experience in data protection, company law (holding the role of Company Secretary for a time at GMF), commercial contracts and IP.
