Meet Rebecca's teams
Rebecca is an Senior Associate in our Banking & Finance and Restructuring & Insolvency Team, specialising in contentious corporate insolvency. Rebecca advises and assists officer holders on potential claims against company officers and third parties and also deals with any subsequent litigation
Asked what she finds most rewarding about her job, Rebecca says, “ultimately, it’s about getting the best result for our clients and, wherever possible, getting a return for creditors of a company which has entered into an insolvency process”.
Rebecca is an active member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3) and will be taking over as Chair of the R3 Yorkshire New Professionals Committee in July 2022.
