Natalie is an Associate in the tax team at Walker Morris (WM). She completed her training contract and spent 12 months in the tax team before qualifying in January 2023. Natalie is best known for being diligent, hardworking, and approachable within the legal industry.

Natalie advises both other specialist teams within WM and clients directly on property taxes, tax issues in M&A transactions, company reorganisations, as well as other ad hoc queries. She also assists clients to implement employee share incentives in the most suitable form and manner for their business.

Natalie’s approach to client work is straightforward, honest, and diligent. When she takes on a task, she always strives to deliver the best possible service from start to finish. Her strengths lie in her straight-talking nature, diligence, organisation skills, and genuine interest in the work she does.

The most challenging aspect of Natalie’s role is managing complex matters and high client expectations. However, she approaches these challenges by remaining calm under pressure. Her working style is friendly, approachable, and reliable, which is well-suited to life at Walker Morris.

Natalie enjoys working as part of a team, learning from senior colleagues, sharing ideas with others, and supporting new trainees. She is also a mentor for potential future trainees and is the tax team risk and compliance representative.
