Le Boutillier

Katie is a Planning and Environment lawyer here at Walker Morris. She provides legal advice on technical issues, drafting S106 agreements and negotiating completion work. Katie also works on the preparation and drafting of submissions for planning appeals and Judicial Review. In addition, Katie works on litigated environmental matters including Tribunal work and Environmental prosecutions.

Katie enjoys the challenge of drafting legal advice on technical points which will assist her clients in their commercial enterprise. She also enjoys working on planning appeals – project managing the experts and evidence and working towards the inquiry.

Describing herself as creative and enthusiastic, Katie takes a thorough approach to her work. She is motivated by solving problems and overcoming challenges and she always strives to provide the best possible client service.

Katie keeps her client’s commercial concerns front of mind and she’s not afraid to challenge the status quo when necessary. “I get stuck in and keep going until the job is done”.
