Jessica is a Senior Associate in our Corporate Team. Her work is wide ranging and includes M&A, private equity transactions, company restructuring and other general corporate matters.   Jessica’s clients are typically both private and public companies, PE houses and management teams.

Asked what she finds most rewarding about her work, Jessica says, “Helping clients achieve their commercial objectives in an efficient, pragmatic way that works for them”. She takes the time to understand what her client wants to achieve and deals with any issues in an efficient and practical way.

Jessica takes a flexible approach to the challenges of her role – making sure she understands the priorities of her clients so that she can resolve problems in the most appropriate way. Describing her working style as organised and focused, Jessica says, “I’m team orientated and approach work with a positive attitude. I try and instil this in the team around me as well”.
