Jamie is a Senior Associate in our Corporate team. He qualified in 2019 and predominantly advises on acquisitions, disposals and investments, as well as assisting on corporate reorganisations. He also has a focus on traditional M&A transactions and has recent experience working with a number of private equity houses.
Jamie advises clients at every step of their journey and always aims to help clients achieve ambitious growth plans. He makes building a strong, trusting relationship with his client’s top priority.
