Benjamin is an Associate in our Corporate team with a focus on M&A transactions, restructurings, venture capital, and private equity. Benjamin acts for clients across a wide variety of industries and of varying sizes, and he works closely with them to provide practical and commercial legal solutions.

Benjamin values his ability to adopt a big-picture view of a situation to provide effective legal advice and finds one of the most rewarding aspects of his role is developing a deep understanding of his client’s businesses and working with them to achieve the best possible outcome.

Tight timescales and longer hours towards the end of a deal can sometimes be challenging but Benjamin believes that “a strong collaborative approach across the deal team” is what makes the difference and ensures the deal gets done.
