Our Corporate team has announced its role in advising Endless LLP on its acquisition of Ecobat Battery, a specialist battery supplier and a leading provider of energy storage solutions across a range of sectors, including automotive, commercial vehicles, marine and leisure, motorcycles, and industrial applications.
With a turnover of approximately £200 million and an established network of distribution hubs across the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Spain, Ecobat Battery is exceptionally well-positioned to capitalise on emerging market opportunities.
Our Corporate team, with additional support from the Commercial, Employment & Immigration, Tax, Pensions and Banking & Finance teams, provided comprehensive legal advice throughout the transaction.
The strategic investment will enable Ecobat Battery to accelerate its expansion plans, broaden its market reach, and further invest in building an enhanced commercial platform.
