Walker Morris advises Renew Holdings plc on acquisition of Edwards Diving Services

Walker Morris has advised Renew Holdings plc, the leading Engineering Services Group supporting the maintenance and renewal of critical UK infrastructure, on the acquisition of Edwards Diving Services Limited.
The transaction sees Renew’s wholly owned subsidiary, Envolve Infrastructure Limited, acquire EDS for a total consideration of up to £13 million on a cash and debt-free basis.
Based in Wales, EDS is a provider of specialist marine and civil engineering services to the water industry, with in-house design and fabrication capabilities that enable the delivery of complex engineering solutions in challenging environments.
