Planning & Infrastructure Consents

Our Planning & Infrastructure Consents team is recognised for its technical ability and sector experience, advising on some of the UK’s most significant and complex development projects.

Consistently ranked as Tier 1 by both Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners over many years, we advise on the full range of planning and infrastructure consenting issues, helping clients navigate policy, regulatory and political challenges in an increasingly complex environment.

We provide an end‑to‑end service for major developments across the UK, and are recognised for helping clients secure and deliver complex planning and infrastructure consents on some of the UK’s most high‑profile development projects.

Our work spans high-value and complex developments across key growth sectors, including large-scale residential and new settlements, regeneration, commercial and industrial schemes, data centre developments, and energy and infrastructure projects.

We have extensive experience advising on planning appeals, examinations in public, Development Consent Orders (DCOs), Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPOs), Judicial Review and statutory challenges, as well as wider infrastructure consenting regimes.
