We have a long history of advising borrowers and lenders across all industry sectors and we’re proud of the enduring relationships we’ve built with our clients.
Our clients include some of the region’s largest corporate borrowers, as well as banks, challenger banks, debt funds and other funders who are involved in corporate banking facilities.
Our aim is to help borrowers and funders solve key transactional legal and commercial concerns, whether they’re linked to competition law, sanctions, pensions, property, regulatory or other factors.
We have a real depth of experience advising on corporate lending across multiple jurisdictions and different debt structures and we’re known for our commercial and practical approach to transactions. We always bring in specialists from other relevant areas if we feel that it would be to our client’s advantage and we’re lucky that those specialists are all based in Leeds where we take a very collaborative approach to the way we work.
