Walker Morris Corporate team celebrate strong H1 with £1.5bn+ of completed deals

Walker Morris’ Corporate Team is celebrating an outstanding first half of 2026 after advising on more than 30 transactions with a combined value exceeding £1.5 billion across more than 20 jurisdictions.

The period saw the Team support clients on a wide range of strategic acquisitions, investments, exits and management buyouts, building on the firm’s reputation as a leading adviser to corporates, investors, management teams and entrepreneurs in the UK and internationally and further strengthening its position as a trusted adviser on high-value, high-profile corporate transactions.

The transactions spanned a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, technology, defence, food & drink, and infrastructure & energy, demonstrating the depth of expertise and sector knowledge across the Corporate practice.

Among the deals completed during the period were:

  • Summa Equity’s acquisition of Fundamentals Ltd
  • Endless’ sale of Hovis Group to Associated British Foods plc
  • Sorb Industri’s acquisition of a majority stake in Granada Secondary Glazing
  • Munters’ acquisition of Optifarm Ltd
  • United Safety & Survivability Corporation’s strategic partnership with Reacton Fire Suppression
  • Total Capital’s management buyout of Radiocoms
  • Titan Wealth’s acquisition of Innes Reid Investments Ltd
  • Fireye’s acquisition of Energy Technology & Control
  • Endless’ acquisition of GEO Specialty Chemicals UK

The team advised on transactions ranging from strategic domestic acquisitions and complex cross-border investments to private equity-backed deals and transformational business combinations.
