Walker Morris advises Sorb Industri on the acquisition of Maxlight Holdings

Walker Morris has advised Swedish-headquartered Sorb Industri on its acquisition of Maxlight Holdings Limited, a specialist designer, manufacturer and installer of slim-frame aluminium sliding doors and other architectural glazing solutions for high-end homes.
