Walker Morris advises Lloyds Banking Group on £14m funding package supporting investment programme

Walker Morris has advised Lloyds Banking Group’s Mid-Markets Invoice Finance & Asset-Based Lending (ABL) team as part of the bank’s £14.8m funding package to support a significant investment programme for a new-to-bank client.

The integrated funding solution will enable the business to undertake a major site relocation project, consolidating multiple operational sites into a single new facility. The investment will also fund new production lines, enhance operational efficiency and strengthen sustainability credentials.

The transaction highlights the important role of flexible lending solutions in supporting ambitious owner-managed businesses and key regional employers as they invest in future growth.

The Banking & Finance team that advised on the transaction included Lauren Hall (Senior Associate) and James Crellin (Partner).

Lauren Hall commented: “We’re proud to support Lloyds on another successful transaction. This funding package provides the business with the flexibility and certainty needed to deliver a significant investment programme while positioning it for continued growth.

“It’s encouraging to see funding being deployed to support regional businesses investing in new facilities, operational improvements and long-term resilience.”

Walker Morris advised Lloyds Banking Group on all legal aspects of the transaction.
