Walker Morris advises Santander UK on financing for BGF investment

Walker Morris has advised Santander UK on the financing aspects of BGF’s investment into Blitz Hire, a leading provider of specialist rigging and structural equipment for the film, television and live events sectors.

Founded in 2001, Blitz Hire has established a strong reputation across the UK’s creative industries, supporting high-profile film and television productions including Barbie, Bridgerton and Slow Horses.

The business has experienced significant growth in recent years following its partnership with Production Park and the completion of several strategic acquisitions.

BGF’s investment will support Blitz Hire as it continues to expand its market-leading offering, pursue further growth opportunities and strengthen its position within the film, TV and live events production sector.
