Our service for residential developer clients also includes our dedicated Plot Sales Team who provide a seamless service throughout the lifespan of a development site from acquisition to disposal.
Advising on the acquisition, delivery, maintenance and management of affordable housing to a cross-sector client base which includes Homes England, local authorities, Registered Providers including Anchor Hanover, Hyde, Home Group and Clarion, developers (including Caddick and Peel) and contractors such as Equans.
With over 30 years’ experience in the sector, we cover the full lifecycle of senior living assets, including: property acquisition/disposal, development and construction; estate and lease set up, including plot sales; portfolio management; and housing management, including enforcement of occupational agreements. Supported East Herts Council on milestone 10,000 new homes and strategic infrastructure in the Gilston Area, which forms a key part of the wider Harlow & Gilston Garden Town.
Advised Firethorn Trust in 284 high-quality student beds and generous amenities, including dedicated study spaces, common rooms, and a fully equipped residents’ gym.
Advised CB Collier on a strategic residential eight‑acre land opportunity
Provided construction support to Gleeson Homes for the infrastructure works associated with its 600 home residential development, in Spilsby Lincolnshire (the largest ever in Gleesons history).
Acted in the first remediation order application under the Building Safety Act by the Secretary of State for MHCLG.
