Laura is an Senior Associate in our Banking & Finance Team. Known for her proactive, commercial and positive approach to work, Laura always aims to deliver the best possible client service and making their lives easier is at the heart of what she does.
Laura is involved in many areas of banking work. This includes acquisition or leveraged finance, real estate transactions, private equity deals and general corporate finance. This variety of work is enjoyable and Laura finds it helps her to provide well-rounded commercial advice.
Closing a transaction she has been working hard on and knowing that she has provided excellent service is a really rewarding part of Laura’s role.
Working to a tight timeline does not worry Laura as she stays calm under pressure and maintains a high level of attention to detail. She is a skilled project manager, enjoys speaking to clients and explaining key legal issues in understandable terms and she approaches everything she does with an upbeat attitude.
