Walker Morris advises Endless LLP and Management on the sale of Findel Education

Walker Morris’ Corporate team have successfully advised Endless LLP, a UK based private equity investor and the Management Team, on the sale of Findel Education, a market leader within UK educational resources supplies.
Endless originally acquired Findel in April 2021 from Studio Retail Group plc. The sale of Findel to Paris-headquartered leader in European B2B ecommerce, Manutan, marks a significant milestone in the company’s history.
Corporate Partner, Debbie Jackson, led the team at Walker Morris. With support from, Nicola Parkinson (Partner, Tax), Jessica Stanley (Associate, Corporate), and a further cross-disciplinary team.
The team provided Endless and the Management Team with legal advice throughout the whole transaction. Their expertise and dedication played a crucial role in the successful completion of the sale.
The values relating to the acquisition are not disclosed.
